I have a question; Explain to me how some analyst (per report on CNBC) can come out and downgrade CSCO but back it up with saying fair value is about $2 less than what it is trading at?
That doesn't make sense.

You know what we call that in Alabama? CMA (Cover my ass)
that way if the stock goes up he says, well I told you it was fairly valued so you should have gotten in. Or, if it goes down he says, I told you so, you should have sold when I downgraded it.

BTW: It think it is a little bullish that this market is going up on a downgrade of CSCO.
