Bruce, VSEA's SLAPP lawsuit is even worse than you think. For one, the Honorable Judge Conrad L. Rushing denied the expensive Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe motion to strike the $50,000,000.00 class-action lawsuit against Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch, George Zdasiuk and others yet to be named. This latest Superior Court Ruling against VSEA was filed January 8, 2001.
