Mag --

RE: can you place all the files you wish to backup into one folder?

My data is all in one giant subdirectory (with thousands of subfolders) so, for the most part, I drag that and my Outlook PST file to the external drive. But that means I'm needlessly overwriting about 99 percent of my data and it takes many minutes to complete. So, yeah, that's what I'm doing now and I was looking for a more organized/intelligent solution for selecting/deselecting files, marking files as backed-up, etc.

Thanks.
