Pardon my ignorance but why is it wrong for someone to post a stock and information about that stock on a miscellaneous stock message board such as this one.

A second question would be why is that wrong while people post here all that that they just bought so-and so at so-and-so price. I mean, besides Zeev's P & S's, who cares??

Sabre, I think there is nothing wrong with people bringing new ideas to the thread, we examine them and make each one our own decision. Anyone knows what KANA is about? I'll try and look at their SEC documents later tonight, my guess is that they have such a high book value due to "hot air", but I won't know until I had a chance to study it in more detail.

Talking about new ideas, I will be getting into YELL on a retrenchment here, it made a new high yesterday on huge volume, it is still priced quite rationally, and if crude is going to relax back to the mid 10' they can make real good money. My target is in the $19 to $21 area. You can add this one to the list of 10 interesting longer term plays I mentioned recently.

I notice we just got a sizeable sell off and now are bouncing back, I will be using that bounce for additional cash raising exercises. BRCD just went at $84.25, not much of a gain ($2.25). VTSS also went at $51 flat, that is $4.5, considering it was heavily under water after I bought it, I am happy to bail out with a profit. I wish I could say the same for QLGC, NTAP and QCOM to name a few, I may take some deep hair cuts on those...

In edit, I notice that I did not mentionearlier the sale of NSM at $25 flat, I had it for a little while here (from $20-5/16) and there is nothing wrong with it, probably a very good long term hold, but having made 20%+ and exp[ecting a nasty turn to the worse, i am taking it off the table and will try to reenter at a discount.
