Sorry, this alarmist statement is false.

I've lived in the Rocky Mountain region my whole life and it seems that all the hysteria about destruction of lands comes from outside the area. You can't build a road without satisfying unbelievable numbers of government regulators.

Yes, so you say but he won the election :) What does that make Gore then, a bigger idiot? I think I am happiest he won so I can listen to you cry about it.

In order for Bush not to have won, people would have to vote for Gore. Scumbria, you did vote for Gore didn't you, I mean you did vote, right?
