I did the tweak last night but didn't have time to test it out.
When I get back home tonight I'll open a bunch of stuff and
let you know how it works. I did notice that swapped files
were being used while there was physical memory available
before I did the tweak.

Mark,
I love this tweak! With 8 browsers, Outlook, Spinner Plus
and Word all open Excel still opened as quick as if nothing
was open. When I tried opening Excel with the same load
last night it opened much slower. Unused physical memory
is below 1M but all the open programs are still responding
normally and I still have no swap files in use! This tweak
does everything the author claimed it would and so far I
see absolutely no downside.
