The problem with NOK is that they will either lose Marketshare or profitmargin because of ASIAN manufacturer's. NOK had virtually no competition for Two years in TDMA/GSM. They now have a revived MOT/ERICY and on onslught of Chinese/Korean/and Japanese. In my opinion its only a matter of time before Samsung and KYO overthrow NOK. Besides Nok margins on CDMA phones are very bad compared to TDMA/GSM because they must buy chips from 3rd party(telson). As CDMA market grows as a % of pie they lose the economy of scale that gives them Margin and pricing advantages. However MOT will suffer the most along with Ericy(if they keep handset biz).
