This BOFA guy is so useless! Why did he downgrade this stock, last fall, twice - "Strong Buy" to "Buy" and then to "market perform"? Nothing has changed about ISSI. If anything, they showed resilience and improved revenues, as opposed to many others who issued profit warnings! BOFA sucks! They have lot of bad loans and on top a bad/lousy analyst, who changes 180 degrees in just three months! Ignore him! Look at his $ 20 price target in twelve months - we will be there at $ 20 next week! ISSI will go to $ 40 by summer (with rate cuts helping too!) BOFA, Rick Whittington - find some other work!
