I hope you're right. Ashcroft is a great pick for AG.

Abortion is legal and will continue to be. Even in the 100-1 chance that Roe is overturned down the road, few if any states would change their abortion statutes.

What are you talking about? His choices have been quite moderate, and only Ashcroft could be said to be quite right of the center line. And he is no Buchanan or LaRouche.
