Best strategy? Use the shorts who drive down the best stocks like CSCO today to get the lowest prices you can then sit on them until the shorts all cover and we're past this earnings season. I did that today with ERICY and wish I had done more of these bottom buys in recent days. The best part that eventually al these stocks will be higher so the downside is nil. Stealth rally? For sure. While CSCO and SUNW made the Naz looks so-so the smaller stocks were booming as well as telcos and software. AAPL might be my next bottom buy. Under 16 it's a no-brainer. CPQ was up nicely today. Take advantage of these short-driven prices while you can IMHO. They won't last long. Very unliely the Naz will test 2300 again. Certainly not 2000.
