yes. i believe the Cali utilities problem is going to break wide open in late January, just before their next big payments come due. that will give us a real doozy of drop between Jan. 23 - 26/29. THAT low looks extremely buyable to me. IF the last week of Jan is an up week instead, a cycle inversion would suggest that it's a high instead of a low, but i think that highly unlikely.
