Hi Ken & all - NT has a few more rabbits in its hat, e.g., CRM Wednesday January 10, 9:00 am Eastern Time Press Release Nortel Networks Unveils Wireless eBusiness Solution for Field Service, Support Gives Mobile Workers Access to Real-Time Customer, Product, Supplier Information biz.yahoo.com On a separate note, the following problem with SYMC and DRIV computerworld.com only makes a good case for NT in many areas, specifically, bandwidth and CRM. IMHO, the more businesses have to rely on the net and its usage assistance, the more they need outfits like NT to provide both the reliable bandwidth and assistic systems. best, Bosco
