Art,

I really doubt TQNT would be interested in SNDK or that SNDK would entertain an offer from TQNT. Total nonsense, IMHO, TQNT makes complex GaAs ICs and SNDK Si flash chips. TQNT taking over another GaAs player like AHAA would make more sense.

I saw that rumor too, if it happens, I'll eat my shoe and post digital pix to prove it!
