Will,

Venus shows the delicate balance of CO2 in the environment. Most of earth's CO2 is is contained in limestone, which forms in the oceans. Venus is too hot for oceans, so they have huge concentrations of CO2 in their atmosphere.

BTW: You should be grateful that others are willing to take serious problems seriously. It lets people like you have a free ride.
