Not much impact on NAZ futures - NQs down 7. However, DCLK down 1 1/2 (about 10%).

I don't think it matters. The markets look to me like consolidation, bottoming, possible intermediate low in.
If this is true, bad news will tend to be discounted.
Today's white candle on the $compx chart looks quite nice to me. Some how, some way, I can see more positive movement in the weeks to come.
Right now, I'd settle for another white candle tomorrow...
ggg. (just 'cause I want it, doesn't mean it'll happen)
