Your post is better without the little g's... the absence of those g's and the content of that post showed me that you were serious, sincere, and tentative yet willing to take a risk... I appreciate that.... in all, it added warmth... I'm not familiar with Rogers' comments, so I'll look for it and post my two cents worth later..... yes, angels.....<g>

Good Morning,

Okay, I read Steven Rogers' post on affirmative action as you had asked... he suggested that the policy be applied to education rather than employment, I would have to disagree with him... I don't know if he's really talking about affirmative action or something else there... it's not really clear to me what he has in mind, but at surface level it looks like it also would be a bad idea.....

I think people ought to be judged and selected for their individual achievements and not to satisfy some predetermined ethnic quota.....
