VinWood,

you are right and the people of Ca. voted to do something about it but the Democratic power structure in Ca threw the propositions out in the courts. Now G. Davis has the mess on his hands that he and his fellow Democrats created.

I'm not sure your math and mine are the same, but don't worry about it. Nobody is going to California any more because it is too crowded.
