I think that long term you are right, but short term, I still think we are going under 40, and if $33.25 does not hold, we break the Maginot at $29.25 and could go under $20 (I have an outrageous possible ultimate bottom at $15, which is still 20 times fiscal 2001 earnings (I expect at least $.75, estimates are at $.57). Of course, for the worst case scenario, we will have to see collapse in DRAM pricing (we already are half way there), a real bad Naz (right now it seems to have changed its tune a little with complete absence of excessive selling, probably the result of after tax bounce in many smaller issues) and the semi cycle not bottoming for another two quarters (I think it might bottom around May).
