didn't know that about the CPUC. In that case, both sides are to blame. CPUC are morons but so are the utilities. A little bit of business planning would've prevented them from selling those power plants. At least until they had new ones to replace them.

I agree . Utilities, PG&G in CA got screwed by The Socialist-going-to-communist
people of The Socialist Republic of CA where profit is a sin.
