Craig. "maybe it will come back to bite you" I did not buy puts on yhoo -- the premiums were so hi that the risk/reward could not justify it -- I don't think I was alone in suspecting that yhoo is still in a "secular" (indefinite) downtrend. Good luck -- I too was impressed that neither Cisco nor the electricity news today could stop the advance. I don't think yhoo is important to the market anymore either.

I believe the way the market reacted to CSCO 's guidance is
bullish. (except maybe for CSCO :-( I now tend to agree
with you for a possible rally to the 2800 -3000 levels.
The market had every oppurtunity to fall apart based on Nokia's weakness and now Cisco's. It didn't so its time to
change one's stance to be bullish. Congratulations on a good call and having the courage to buy into the teeth of the selloff.

So while it seems fun to taunt William now, maybe it will come back to bite you.

Craig,

I do not know why anyone is taunting William regardless. William's typical style is to give short answers to questions but he never minds giving one his opinion on a firm. William also comes across sell assured and maybe that annoys some. I know others, his name is Craig Crawford, that comes across self assured. That is not a bad quality in the stock market environment because one often makes more mistakes when they are not convinced their reasoning is correct. William rarely "attacks" anyone unless provoked and I never see him complaining if the stocks he is holding fall. William is simply self assured and sticks with his choices regardless of what the rest of SI does, etc.
