ALTA a.k.a SNAFU a.k.a DEC

The world no longer need AltaVista. They blew every opportunity they had. The edge they had in search engine technology has long since gone. I don't think AltaVista and Digital Equipment Corporation will be on the list of the 10 best managed companies in history.
