I don't have a copy of the '34 Act handy, but my guess is they are looking at some slight problems now or in the near future in meeting the net capital requirements so they are electing the alternative requirement. Not sure how much you should read into it, other than it can't be viewed as a great sign of a rock solid financial outfit you would have unlimited faith in. But I doubt you felt that way in the first place. Don't leave all your cookies in that jar. -g-
