The buildings I go into are upscale in the expensive high tech parts of town. I am not aware of any "waiting stair living weirdos" at all. I was speaking about the natural fear normal women have about being trapped in an isolated place with a stranger. Because I know this is a natural fear, I am sensitive to it and women are willing to be honest with me about it. If you are not aware of this, you might want to ask some women about it before bashing me with your macho insensitive crap. Many women feel uncomfortable with the work environment we now have...I thought that was commonly known, where have you been for the last few decades?
