We may see some buying on the fact, given how far YHOO has fallen and given increasing expectations that the worst is over and that the second half looks brighter. The rate cutting environment re-inforces expectations for a brighter second half. It is important to remember that YHOO is gaining share against competition and it is among the best in the internet sector. The internet is alive and will not go away that easily. Hopefully with the conservative guidance, it will be upside surprises from here on.
