Clinton might have meant that the actual voting WASN'T finished in FL...Maybe some of the folks were still making up ballots in the back rooms....even after their polls closed.... Remember....the media CALLED the election...before the West had even finished voting... BTW....whatever happened to the guy who was caught with the Vote-a-Matic stylus in his car...??? Clinton said yesterday: ``By the time it was over, our candidate had won the popular vote and the only way they could win the election was to stop the voting in Florida,'' Clinton told a crowd of supporters in Chicago.
