IMO, he's not a clown. He's probably reco'ing that stuff for a trade (which is his job, after all, unlike you or I). I disagree, especially with the SEBL reco, but one questionable reco does not a clown make. He was bearish in the spring and summer on tech and he was bullish on cyclicals and consumer non-durables back in the summer and they had a nice run...which is better than the vast majority of market strategists (compare with Harpo, Bagodonuts or Acampora, for example)....
