Hi Pinhi! Haven't been on the porch a lot lately.....Haven't really been myself lately. It seems my mind is tired from planning, packing and trying to figure out this market. Thus the mistakes I guess. I know you are kidding but... I have been working through a splitting marriage since before the porch party in June.....I have plans to move back to Alabama where most of my family resides as soon as I can sell the Condo....I was born in Ala. (sounds like a song doesn't it?). And they say you can't go back. :-) Mixed emotions as to leaving Florida. I guess if you can move to NC. I can stand the weather in Alabama. Glad to have the chance to tell everyone where I have been.....not really as much to do with the market as being worn out..... I do however hope this market mess turns around soon. Thanks for you nice words. dealie
