Before Gates, Henry VIII (8th) was the richest man per capita on the planet earth during his lifetime, and the poorest American is living a richer standard of living than Henry. Its culture and perception, not poverty, the rest is Myth. True Poverty is created by War, Famine, Epidemics, and that I agree does exist especially in Africa, but that is man made, and avoidable, but then again, so is the stupidity of people like Alan Greenspan. We can all win the lottery, that is the Senator Lott Bush Retroactive tax cut. Bring on that fiscal policy weapon, America needs a leader for a change, not a poll follower.
