possible...one thing's for sure, NYSE members have been actively involved in 'managing' the decline...they have never before bought as much stock as over the past year. on credit to boot (note their balance sheet expansion). they NEED a rally to unload...question is what happens if they don't get one? btw, Japanese domestic institutions are selling too...they want as few stocks on their books as possible at their fiscal year end. and that only comes in March.
