that's what i was thinking but dependent on your interest rate answer if they do go lower near term that would help to prop it until fall. i just bot a house and am debating when i need to have it sold by if i am interested in moving somewhere else and i don't want to stay there for what would probably turn into a lonnnnnng time.... if you catch my drift. i think at this point plans are in order for the long term and gotta get it all in order now. tryin to judge how much time available to do that.

Re: the real estate market - this is always a slow time of year for home buyers - but I was surprised when I looked at the Sunday real estate section, and most of the houses listed were new, not resales. In this area there isn't much inventory of resale houses and they sell fast. I think we are going to be one of the last places to feel the crunch.
