i'm thinking the same. close for you this month? or 3-4 months? lenders, mortgage brokers, homebuilders are all sayin to me they are going lower. i either lock in now or wait 1 to 2 months. i can't see them all being right at ALL. i also think they will skyrocket again and a contrary indicator to that right now is the pushing and success in selling the adjustables right now. i think that is dangerous and stupid just to save a small amt with the downside risk in doing that.
