Well I almost took her short at the close, but overnight
anything can happen. I'm trying to make up another list
sort of like the one in 98..this one will look at what
they do from the first of the year as if there every was
a year that Mo Mo will effect stocks Up&Down I think
this year will it. Funds will window dress like mad
and they started right from the get go.
--------------
Like on the 2nd I believe a lot of the selling "taht day"
was Funds who intent to have their "year to date"
results start from the "NAV on the Close on the 2nd "
so by selling off, on the 2nd and buying back on
the 3rd they get a low starting point & a jump start
out of the gate. I bet over 1/2 of the Year to date
fund results will be window dressed by that little trick.
----------------
The Fed repos longer term become a negative event as
they are short term "fixes" and need to accumulate to the plus side to keep an up move moving , when they cut them
back the "withdrawal" symptoms don't take to long.
It's like giving a junky a fix of meth so he can go
to work.
I may short this open but will be fast to cover if
I see more meth at 10 or 10:30.
Did you know they ROLL some dice to set the exact
minute after 10 that they will contact the major
banks if they do a repo. ?
Jim
Ps
The list will have to have stocks that don't set
lows lower than the 2nd. ( and that's shit for me
as I'm stuck in some yhoo )
BTW do you see my PSIX ?

I also think there is a Leak at the
FED as too many Broker/dealers seem to
buy right in front of these .
Then we should drop at noon, then rally
back.
