Ray my friend an engineer who is no longer on earth specialized in solar and battery systems. He sold many of them to large institutions. So the viable maybe applies to present and long range they are well worth the cost. I non-concur, the attitude is.... humanity be damned. It's just a well-designed, well orchestrated "mess" to rid certain managers/stockholders of social responsibilities and at the same time boost entrepreneurial profit to nosebleed levels for the elite and the exclusive. I don't agree you can't label all as part of the problem is the all. You might as well put the label on joe 6 pack who leaves the the his cans and plastic wrapping on the beach. it is a world problem that amounts to value of the wrong kind of wealth.
