Been buying ADAP down under 2 3/4 in pre-market. . . their technology is worth more than their stock, IMO. . .speculative buy. . . perhaps daytrade.

biz.yahoo.com

Merger with Western Multiplex called off. Frankly, I believe this to be a good thing for ADAP ultimately. I believe that the deal was called off more for the poor financial condition of Western Multiplex than due to anything wrong with ADAP. WMUX has a market cap about 3 times that of ADAP currently. ADAP is way overshorted, IMO.

I'd say arbitrage ruined the deal. . Look at the chart of ADAP upon the announcement of merger with WMUX. Terrible . . . . . not to mention that ADAP got a haircut last week, which cut them in half.

But the ADAP A/B Access and other technology is still there. Perhaps now ADAP can cut a deal with - [was it Hitachi that has recently shown an interest in A/B Access?]whomever.

I like them under $3. . .and now have taken a new position. . .though I will wait to see how things progress in the markets to decide whether to call it a core or not. . .but at this point, it looks like a new core.
