Unisys, Microsoft, Dell to Create New Voting System

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Unisys Corp., Microsoft Corp. and Dell Computer Corp. are teaming up to create new voting technology in the wake of the ballot-counting fiasco in the U.S. presidential election, Unisys said on Thursday.

Classic Bottom Signs...
*************************
When the Generals (CSCO, YHOO, etc.) fall you've reached a bottom... With all the bad news about the internet market leaders, some people must be scratching their heads that the market hasn't gone down further... That's good... A wall of worry is what's needed to climb...

We've had three to four months of relentless selling that's discounted everything from earnings and revenue disappointments to hanging chads... : >... We've seen the broad market decline... We've seen the market leaders resist the decline... Now we've seen them join the rest of the fallen... When this happens it usually means that the selling is done... How do you know??? The bad news no longer pounds the market... In fact, people start buying, thinking that the worst is over... It usually is...

Here is the NDX...
bigcharts.com

It's holding up very well considering the negative news from YHOO and MOT... finance.yahoo.com

MOT is actually up today, while YHOO is slightly recovering from last night's reaction trading...

Market Breadth continues to improve... finance.yahoo.com

We now have Nasdaq New Highs above New Lows... When the selling dries up the buying begins...
