Sad for CYCH, I beg to differ. It is sad for us. I don't think anyone was holding a gun CYCH's collective head when the deal was struck. If CYCH didn't do its due diligence on its counterparty for the deal that's not RGC'c fault. Granted they were probably on their last financial legs when the deal was struck, but hey, that's what happens to companiies sometimes, and its up to management to solve those problems. And I guess I should have done some better DD on the deal myself. JMHO, KD
