Several feet huh? ...wow, I feel better already...now who was coughing again? >gg< I've never attended any of their meetings...thought about it but the meetings I was really interested in attending, I had scheduling conflicts. I enjoyed Tony's 1st book...I enjoy his writing style. I think his 1st book more or less gave the basic techniques, while this book is how he puts it all together (I forgot to mention that he wasn't allowed to go short during 3/20/00-4/13/00). Congrats on your nice day. PSIX is something else...it's gives option like returns. NZRO, TGNT, COVD, ARTT, ISLD, ESPI might also be worth a pullback watch. BWDIK? ES field...I'm beginning to think that...the cells don't have to be embryonic (unless you are doing therapeutic cloning for an exact immunogenicity match)...and that adult stem cells can work also(only recently have they shown that hematopoetic stem cells can differentiate into neurons, heart tissue, etc...they were able to do this by implanting <or injecting...not sure> these cells into the mouse...the cells then differentiated in the mouse and repaired the damaged tissue : ), although you still have the possibility of an immune system rejection. These discoveries are lead me to think that cells can be deprogramed and reprogramed to a certain extent...whether or not they can be done with fully differentiated cells is another question (but that would be a cool thing). The only major player in the ES field that I can think of off hand is GERN. CCEL is an interesting company (umbilical cord blood storage), but it trades thinly. BWDIK? I think they're trying to hype up the genome again, as a prelude to the publishing of the human genome next month. FWIW...NPSP seems to be an interesting biotech, as they have a promising osteoporosis drug in late trials (no current position, but maybe before the end of summer). Best of Luck, WHG?
