I think it is higher than that. The Northern Miner Handbook has 37,136,842 as of March 13, 2000. Did they buy back some shares before the Quarterly Report issued Sept 28, where FWR shows 35.23 million shares or did The Northern Miner make a mistake? On a fully diluted basis, this doesn't help things too much: freewest.com I count an extra 5.13 million shares and 5.13 million warrants at 0.35 from that PP. Bruce
