I'm tightening my stops for the afternoon. There's been a trading-floor rumor that the Fed's going to cut rates again today. If the market's pricing that in and the Fed doesn't end up cutting, there could be some selling later in the day. The Fed announced its prior rate cut at around 1:15 p.m., so that may be a time that we see traders start to re-price the Fed.
