everybody is running into adoption problems of some sort. security, ethics, habit, ..... this internet implementation stuff is probably not going to slide right in. the sand in the ointment comes from many corners. hardware, software, employee training, customer acceptance, social adaptation, capital availability, ........ there are so many potential snags that it seems unreasonable to expect any of these new implementation businesses to run smoothly. there will be plenty of hiccups in all of them. good customer service will be critical to smoothing these things out Check out Black Box (BBOX). They reported a monster quarter today, and their business is making tech work, both on site and remote. They've been steadily acquiring dozens of small system integrators, both here and abroad, for the last several years. Customers all the way from the neighborhood floral shop on up to Home Depot and Circuit City.
