Hi MH - fwiw, I don't see there is much protection to small investors in anything. I mean, look at LU, were the shareholders protected? It is just the the power that be on Wall Street has more to do with the LUs and the CSCOs of the world that they hold them up until they make the final exit. VARL is a tiny company, with no major institutional *support*, small fries like us are left to fence for ourselves.

To real lesson is what you did early on by selling out quickly.

I couldn't agree more with you and Bosco. Combined with the abuses by mm's, analyst, brokerages,..., and you really have created the most treacherous situation imaginable.

If it weren't for greed we probably wouldn't play.
