Altogether, the systemic reasons for the very large numbers of under- and overvotes in Florida would be interesting to know, even if they do not constitute fraud. Florida did a simply abysmal job of counting votes on Election Day.

The Miami Herald published this interesting statistic the other day:

Rejected ballots (under- and overvotes):
Majority Black precincts: 10%
All other precincts: 3%

Does that smell, or what?

I'm sure the NAACP is looking very carefully to gather more evidence for their Voting Rights suit.

There's just a higher incidence of lower IQs in heavily Dem districts. Studies show that Dem voters tend to be uninformed. JLA
