Thanks for the comments.

It does surprise me that many folks are not aware that the Fed must contend with the debt issuance of the past and that keeping that wall of paper from coming home to roost is getting to be a big chore. It is as though it simply doesn't exist on this planet for many investors, yet it is the Fed's most consequential headache.
