Your local county buys the voting machines not the federal government. The federal government may be supplying funds for the machines, but the decisions will be local.

Michael-- actually DELL. GTW, & CPQ plus others in the sector have govt contracts. The biggest seem to be with cpq and dell--- they are close with dell supplying slightly more boxes and notebooks but cpq $$ was a bit higher. HWP will have an effect tomorrow most likely,,,
