Actually, I think killing a known murderer might be being cruel to be kind, if you get my point. But I have trouble with knowing for sure. I can almost say that a certain margin of error would be justifiable, and I can even say that maybe, knowing I was innocent, but sentenced to pass life in prison I would be willing to die, to both get out of that "life" sentence, and have that money "feed starving children" even if it meant that any future information that might vindicate me would be a waste. But when I imagine it is my son that slips through the cracks, your daughter, then I have a problem.

How many times to they have to do what? How sure is sure enough?
