B2B software company Ariba had a good report tonight. .05 cents and revenues of $170.2 M (625% increase). Sees full fiscal year EPS at .25 - .26 (higher than previous guidance). I know Mike had questioned a quarter or two ago if we were seeing signals of a tornado with Ariba. Last three fiscal years (ended September) had total revenues of $8 Million, $45 Million and $279 Million. This fiscal year they see full year revenues of $780 - $790 Million. Certainly looks like some nice hypergrowth. 1998 - 1999 full year revenue growth of 462%. 1999- 2000 full year revenue growth of 520%. 2000 - 2001 full year revenue growth of 183%. Of course, it remains to be seen if this full fiscal year meets their guidance below in light of the economy. At least the next Q guidance is only up a conservative amount from the previous quarter.

Financial Guidance

In Q2 fiscal year 2001 we expect revenues in the range of $180-$185 million in revenue and EPS in Q2 in the range of $0.06 per share.

For FY2001, our revenue forecast is $780-$790 million. Our outlook for earnings growth is $0.25 - $0.26 per share for the year.

Apollo,

Would you prefer that your vote gets changed against your will or that it be eliminated from the count? I do have the power to do either, ya know. :)
