Hi mepci - probably no apology is necessary to DW. He is a grown up and he should be able to stand the heat [in the hot kitchen :).] We are here to help one another. Plz let us know what you think of the 10Q. TIA. Personally, maybe there has been so much negativity out there that people figured that the pundit would voice [additional] concerns if there were any [more] skeleton in the closet. But it is better for us to dot the "i"s and cross the "t"s ourselves. We will have our head handed to the financial engineers if we rely on their discernment. Thx again best, Bosco
