How about a company policy that raises shareholder confidence and stock price by hiring management, consultants, etc that will comply with SEC regulations and requirements, produce regular and accurate financial statements, sell products (other than shares) in an effort to generate revenue, publish press releases with the effect or relaying accurate information detailing actual meaningful events. I like this policy better and I think the shareholder value would increase. I have seen with my own eyes Mark Benza and the Pilot Plant. I have listened to him explain how this works. I have seen him work 7 days a week for months. I have recently visited the Plant and seen the stages toward the completion of this plant. I have listened to Mark and another business acquaintance of his tell me of actual produced bottled PIMA water from a benchtop model that existed. Have I seen it. NO. Do I believe it existed. YES. I was told admittedly from his former business associate, that YES, this process does work, and he was the recipient of many crates of this bottled water at one point during their association. This man was arrested and put in Jail for trying to steal Mark's technology several years ago. This is what I was told by Mark and then later privately confirmed in embarrassment by his former associate. Will I state this man's name for the record. NO. If it is ever required, then I will. I do not feel it is necessary to drag him into it at this point. I will also say that I was introduced to this former associate of Mark Benza's before I ever heard of Spectrum or knew Sam or Mark. Once I became introduced to Spectrum from an e-mail by Kevin Mister (k007), I then began my initial research about this company. It was quite uncanny that I would end up meeting Sam and then Mark only to find out their was a former connection between my new associate and Mark's former relationship with him. Mark Benza was quite shocked to hear that I was doing work for this former associate of his. Mark was very distraught and curious to know how I came to know this mutual acquaintance. It was quite simple but very coincidental to say the least. I have been asked why can't the benchtop model be reassembled to prove this process once and for all. Mark has explained to me that the benchtop model was disassembled for design and manufacturing reasons. He will not reveal any further information until the plant is finished. I personally don't blame him. He has been accused of many things on this board and it's not fair. Why, after all this time, energy and money would they continue to work at finishing this project. Wouldn't that seem really insane of them to continue on in their progression only to never have anything that is verifiable in the end? Surely, with all of the brilliant science minds out there; why hasn't anyone stepped forward to debunk even the foundation of the premise for his technology? Is there no one out there smart enough to prove that this technology is not feasible? Why would they even bother with this supposed exercise in futility if there is no truth or fundamental basis for the possibility of it working? I have seen enough to convince me that for Mark and Sam to throw their life away and risk long jail sentences over this technology seems absolutely ridiculous! This is my opinion based on what I have seen first hand. Believe what you want. I am not lying and I am not ashamed or afraid to tell what I have seen. This is the way that I see it. How many shares would it take to cover those payments? Has constuction on the new house been halted because of the share price? IMO Could this be the reason?
