I want to be in Bonds but I cant gage if it will be a deflation or inflationary cycle that pelts US economy. I sit in cash with no strategy waiting for the move one way or the other. Though I have built up a position in gold stocks and futures.

The evidence is in.

I have a theory about the last 3 days action.

Look at JNPR heading to 135
Look at AMCC essentially sitting for two days
Look at QCOM sitting like a duck
Look at RMBS down after earnings
Look at BRCM on its way to 125
Look at RIMM 1500 PE POS rising while QCOM sits

What do these all have in common?

JNPR max pain 135 (rising big from 100 or so)
AMCC max pain 50 (sitting for 2 days)
QCOM max pain 67 (dropped big, now sitting)
RMBS max pain 35 (dropping like a rock AH)
BRCM max pain 125 (Rising big from low 90's)
RIMM max pain 75 LOL and fat chance. (Rising from the dead at 44 to a high near 60). In edit, I see RIMM is worth more than the BU$$ in MCAP $6B vs $4.5B. What a joke.
Look at this!
Subscribers to Research In Motion's wireless paging network who have faced service delays may still experience them sporadically in the near future, the company said Thursday.

Yeah - Should a company like this EVER rise on this kind of news?! SHORT SQUEEZE any one?

So I say this is a manipulated rise that the foolish are getting sucked into as LTBH.

Predictions: QCOM drops precicely to 67
RMBS drops to 37-38 or so
RIMM (I hope to hell they get this to 75 but I seriously doubt it. Declining earnings on rising revenues while they "advertize" the BlackBerry brand. Yeah right. I also point out "The Canada-based company did warn corporate customers of the upgrade by contacting IT managers, who were responsible for passing on the word, Guibert said." In reference to upgrade problems in the article.

I doubled my money in one IRA on RIMM puts when it was last at 80. Would love another crack at that. Longer Term RIMM $10 by April. Short term, staying away.
AMCC - 50 on bad earnings (Coming soon on the 16'th)
EMLX - managed to buck the trend, rising big against PAIN. max pain is at 68 as well. EMLX tumbles slowly to about 70 by expiry.

I will be paying closer attention to this nonsense next month I assure you.

Thoughts?
