I have noticed that we have been concerned about the debt that AMES carried after Hills acquisition.

It(the debt) is generally tied to the revenue vs. turn over of inventory. AMES is around a ratio of 6, all last year(Hills turn over was around 4.5). AMES' turn over was as high as 8.5 per year.

This X'mas, they have reduced restocking and run on a lean and mean advertising basis. The turn over will improve and debt will reduce. Watch for the debt reduction in the annual report after Jan 27th or so.
